  • Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Late arrival – your treatment time will be reduced and full rate will apply.
  • We require 24hrs notice for cancellation. If not, 50% cancellation will apply.
  • No cheques accepted. Cash, Debit, Credit cards payments welcome.
  • 50% deposit is required when booking a spa package and specific treatments.
  • Please bring appropriate swimwear for all Water Facilities and Spa Packages.
  • Please respect all our guests’ right to relaxation, therefore ensure all mobile phones are switched off / Silent Mode during treatments.
  • Management & staff are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged valuables, nor cash or personal items, while making use of the Salon & Spa facilities.
  • Provisional bookings will not be held for longer than 5 working days.
  • Prices are subjected to change without any prior notice.

In the unlikely event of your card being used fraudulently, your bank or card issuer cannot hold you liable for more than £50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank or card issuer does hold you liable for any of the £50.00, MÉILI will cover this liability only if the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at MÉILI while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We are required by law to make no claim for the therapeutic qualities of the remedies that we sell.

However, the traditional values of herbal remedies are well known and information may be obtained from books, leaflets and the internet. We are also able to give you limited information and one of our friendly staff will be pleased to answer your queries when possible.

Before making your purchase, please ask yourself the following questions:

  • Am I taking prescription medication?
  • Am I taking or intending to take nutritional or herbal supplements?

If the answer to both of these questions is yes, we advise you to check with your doctor that the combination of your medication and supplements is suitable.

Just like a shopping basket in a supermarket, you can put things in your basket (by entering a quantity and clicking on the 'Add To Basket' button next each product) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding on to things that you are interested in. You are not committing to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through the checkout.

To add a product to your basket, navigate through the categories or via the search to find the product(s) you are interested in. Enter the quantity you require and click the 'Add To Basket' button. You will notice the contents of your basket are shown in the top right hand corner. You can add more products to your basket in the same way. Once you are happy with the contents of the basket click on 'Go To Checkout' to be taken to the next stage.

You can check what is in your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon in the top navigation. If you wish to remove something, simply change the quantity to zero (0), or click the trash can symbol button next to the appropriate product, this will recalculate/update your basket.

When you are happy with the products you have in your basket, click on Go To Checkout'. You will then be taken through all the relevant steps to pay for and dispatch your goods to you.

You are free to amend your order before you make any payment by going to your basket. To check the status of an order, once you have placed it, go to 'Order History' and all your previous orders will be shown. You can check the status of an order that you have placed by going to 'Your Account' and clicking on the link. You can even click on an order and re-order any items you purchased previously, directly from here.

  • This Gift Card shall have a validity period of 1 year.
  • There is no fee or other charges associated with e-Gift Card purchase.
  • This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
  • This Gift Card can be redeemed online (this website) or at our location.

MÉILI reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per Bank Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received from. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the purchase of Gift Cards.

Yes! However, if the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other payment option. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card.

MÉILI does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another Gift Card, for the value remaining in the non-functional card.
